Coles Bay is an isolated part of Tasmania . Apart from the peak season of December – February it is very possible your booking may not be able to be re sold if you cancel at short notice.

It is therefore important you cancel your booking as soon as possible if you are unable to undertake your holiday.

Cancellation fee is 30% of total booking fee if cancellation seven days prior to check-in-date.

Bookings inside 7 days (inclusive) of the check-in date are non-refundable.

Payment for booking is non refundable for ‘no show’ customers.
